Man arrested under Terrorism Act in Northern Ireland

A 22-year-old man has been arrested in Derry/Londonderry under the Terrorism Act.

The arrest was made by detectives investigating a vehicle hijacking and subsequent security alert in the Waterside area of Derry/Londonderry on Sunday 20 November 2022.

The man was taken to the Serious Crime Suite at Musgrave Police Station for questioning.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
