Man charged with preparing act of terrorism

A man from Small Heath in Birmingham has been arrested and charged with being engaged in conduct in preparation for acts of terrorism under Section 5 of the Terrorism Act.

Jason Savage was arrested on 14 March by counter terrorism officers.
