Manhunt underway for Maine shooter

A huge manhunt is underway for a shooter suspected of killing 16 people and injuring dozens more in shootings in the town of Lewiston, Maine.
The death toll is currently being reported at 16, though this is not confirmed and different news outlets are reporting higher numbers.
The shootings took place at a bar and a bowling alley at around 7pm local time on Wednesday.
Residents in Lewiston and the nearby town of Lisbon have been told to shelter in place.
40-year-old Robert Card, a trained firearms instructor and member of the U.S. Army reserve has been named as a person of interest. It has also been reported that he spent time in a mental health facility and threatened to committing a shooting.
Speaking at a news conference, Maine public safety commissioner Mike Sauschuck said: "We have literally hundreds of police officers working around the state of Maine to investigate this case to locate Mr. Card, who is a person of interest."
