Man charged under National Security Act

A man has been charged under the National Security Act as part of a Counter Terrorism Policing investigation.

Howard Michael Phillips from Harlow was charged on Thursday 23 May with an offence contrary to section 3 of the National Security Act.

The charge relates to Russia.
