UK Foreign Office updates Sweden travel advice to warn of terrorism threat

The UK Foreign Office has updated its travel advice for Sweden following recent Quran burning incidents by far-right groups.
The advice now states: "Terrorists are very likely to try and carry out attacks in Sweden. Attacks could be indiscriminate, including in places frequented by foreigners.
"The authorities in Sweden have successfully disrupted a number of planned attacks and made a number of arrests."
Sweden's national security advisor Henrik Landerholm responded by confirming the increased threat, citing the the storming of Sweden's embassy in Iraq on 19 July, an attempted attack on its embassy in Lebanon on 9 August, and also the shooting of an employee at a Swedish consulate in Turkey on 1 August.
