Terrorists attack bus in Nigeria

On Sunday, terrorists attacked a bus in Katsina State, Nigeria, killing three people.

The Katsina State Transport Authority bus was travelling on Jibia-Katsina road. The driver was among those killed.

Three other vehicles were also attacked.

The Managing Director of the Katsina State Transport Authority, Haruna Rugoji, confirmed the attack, and said the gunmen snatched phones and other items from the passengers before leaving the scene.

Rugoji said: “The conductor of the vehicle who narrated to us what actually happened said none of the passengers was kidnapped by the bandits and till now, we are yet to receive any report that one of the passengers in the vehicle is missing.”
