18-year-old Parsons Green attacker charged

Ahmed Hassan has been charged with attempted murder in connection with the Parsons Green terror attack. Hassan, from Surrey, is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court and will also face a second charge under the Explosive Substances Act. The three other men arrested over the tube bombing, aged 25, 30 and 17, remain in custody.
