Woman arrested under Terrorism Act

A 53-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of collection and possession of terrorist material. The woman, who was previously arrested for offences under section 1 and 2 of the Terrorism Act 2006 in July, was arrested on 11 October again on suspicion of offences under section 57 and 58 of the Terrorism Act 2006. The investigation is being led by officers from the Metropolitan Police’s Counter Terrorism Command.
