Two charged with terror offence

Two men have been charged with engaging in conduct in preparation for terrorism under section 5 of the Terrorism Act 2006.

The men from Birmingham, aged 17 and 20, are due to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.

They were arrested by detectives from Counter Terrorism Policing West Midlands CTU on 2 November.
