Automated Bollard Systems

For traffic management in city centres and where access control is required, we also offer automated solutions designed to stand up to the rigours of high use and continuous operation cycles. Whether you need to delineate pedestrian spaces within busy urban areas, limit access to commercial spaces such as car parks, or direct the flow of traffic through an area at certain times, automated bollard systems offer the perfect solution.

In conjunction with a strand of the Department of Transport (now TOPAS), ATG Access was the first company to install automated bollards within the UK public highway network, and since then, we have continued to innovate and excel in the provision of our automated bollard systems.

With safety as the number one priority, ATG solutions can now be integrated with remote fault-logging systems for live fault information, as well as being integrated into existing building or area management systems. This facilitates wider “smart city” schemes, reducing emissions and congestion while increasing safety within city centres.

Telescopic, Removable, and Fixed Bollard Solutions

We also understand that projects might have varying needs – even within the same site. Our core range of products have been designed to fit this variance; different bollards with the same aesthetic can be used for different purposes across one site. For instance, where access control is required, you might want one removable bollard that looks the same as the bollards surrounding it.

The option to have bollards that look the same, but offer security ratings appropriate to their location within a site gives you unparalleled flexibility when it comes to designing a security scheme. Installation, Maintenance, & Aftercare Sales

 We have a dedicated team of fully trained mechanical and electrical engineers to install and commission every product sold. With every project whether it’s supply only or supply and install, you get a dedicated project manager to oversee implementation, from production through to commissioning. ATG service and maintenance engineers are qualified to perform check-ups on all our systems, ensuring that well-maintained ATG products can operate for many years to come.
