Deborah Ainscough
Founder
Crowdguard

As the founder of Crowdguard, Deborah Ainscough established the business in 2019 with a clear vision: to raise standards across the temporary Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) industry through quality, professionalism, and a risk-led approach. Drawing on strong relationships with leading installation partners, she has built a company dedicated to protecting people and places through practical, proportionate HVM solutions.

Recognising the need for greater consistency in the installation and management of temporary HVM systems, Deborah has challenged industry norms and delivered a process-driven approach that prioritises safety, reliability, and operational excellence. Her commitment to quality and attention to detail has helped establish Crowdguard as a trusted partner for event organisers, venues, local authorities, and businesses across the UK.

Today, her vision remains focused on making public spaces safer by delivering specialist HVM expertise as part of a layered, risk-led protective security strategy using Crowdguard's Plan - Provide - Protect methodology.
