RAF targets Houthi military facilities in Yemen

On Thursday 30 May, UK and US forces participated in a joint operation against Houthi military facilities in Yemen.
The operation was designed to degrade the group's ability to carry out their attacks on international shipping in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden.
Two locations near Hudaydah had been identified as being involved with the Houthi anti-shipping attacks, including buildings identified as housing drone ground control facilities and providing storage for very long range drones.
A set of Houthi facilities were also identified at Ghulayfiqah, which had been identified as being involved in the command and control of their anti-shipping campaign.
Royal Air Force Typhoon FGR4s conducted strikes on the target buildings at these three locations, using Paveway IV guided bombs.
