19-year-old charged with terrorism offences

A 19-year-old from Portsmouth has been charged with terrorism offences, as part of an investigation by Counter Terrorism Policing South East.

Jack Robinson was charged with six counts of possession of a document or record containing information of a kind likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism, contrary to Section 58 of the Terrorism Act 2000 and one count of attempting to manufacture a prohibited weapon and one count of possession of a component part of a prohibited weapon, contrary to section 5 of the Firearms Act 1968.
