17-year-old arrested by counter terrorism officers

Officers from the Metropolitan Police’s Counter Terrorism Command have arrested a 17-year-old male at an address in east London. The suspect, not held in connection with any recent attacks, was arrested on suspicion of dissemination of terrorist material, contrary to section 2 of the Terrorism Act 2006.
