Last of British IS 'Beatles' gang captured

US officials have claimed that the last two British men believed to be members of ‘the Beatles’ ISIS group cell have been seized by Syrian Kurdish fighters. Alexanda Kotey, 34, and El Shafee Elsheikh, 29, alongside two other British fighters to join the terrorist group, were widely-known because of their London-based accents, and are reported to have beheaded at least 27 Western hostages. US officials said the two men had been captured by members of the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), who are targeting remnants of IS.
